Organic Peanut Butter and Bread
Peanut butter toast – One of our favourite fuss-free fix. Super scrumptious, and perfect for those on the go! Though peanut butter may have gained a reputation as fattening, it is actually quite misunderstood. Peanut butter contains loads of monounsaturated fat, which is the good sort of fat that helps decrease bad cholesterol. It’s also a delicious source of protein to boot. So slather your toast with a generous amount of organic peanut butter for that extra nutty taste!
Organic Baby Oat with Organic Milk
What we have for breakfast here is a bowl of organic baby oat – Superb for busy mornings. Oats have been cultivated for over two thousand years, originally used for medicinal purposes, then as dietary staples. Today, it remains as a nutritious and fibre-rich food. If you like your oatmeal to have a runnier texture, simply add more milk and water. And top with berries for that fresh burst of sweetness! Not only are berries a rich source of antioxidants, they also add a vibrant touch to brighten up your breakfast!

Camembert Cheese Panini and Crackers
We’re treating ourselves to an early morning indulgence with this organic camembert! Though brie and camembert are rather similar, as both are soft-ripening cow’s milk cheeses, they are not interchangeable. Brie contains more milk fat compared to camembert, and it’s also firmer, hence it’s not quite suitable for spreading. A ripe camembert on the other hand, has runny insides, so it’s soft enough for layering on a crunchy cracker or toast. Give this classic cheesy goodness a spin with jam on the side!
