Deepavali Recipes

Ingredients:

  • 10 chicken wings
  • 1 teaspoon of oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • ¼ teaspoon of black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons of turmeric powder

Instructions:

  • Separate the chicken drumlets and mid-joints.
  • Place the chicken into a ziplock bag.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and massage well.
  • Chill for 2 – 3 hours.
  • Air fry the chicken in batches at 200°C for 20 – 25 minutes, or until golden brown. 
  • Plate up and serve.
