Ingredients:
- 10 chicken wings
- 1 teaspoon of oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- ¼ teaspoon of black pepper
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 2 teaspoons of turmeric powder
Instructions:
- Separate the chicken drumlets and mid-joints.
- Place the chicken into a ziplock bag.
- Add the remaining ingredients and massage well.
- Chill for 2 – 3 hours.
- Air fry the chicken in batches at 200°C for 20 – 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Plate up and serve.
