If you love being outdoors but also indoors: VivoCity rooftop
Fancy tucking into your takeaway gourmet sandwich and speciality coffee with the Sentosa monorail in the background? Then head to VivoCity’s rooftop, where its vast water feature — the size of four Olympic-sized swimming pools! — will delight the kids. And if you still have the energy after picnicking here, Sentosa is just a stone’s throw away.

If you’re out with the kids: Jurong Lake Gardens
Just a five-minute walk from Lakeside MRT Station, this huge park features the 2.3-hectare Forest Ramble, boasting 13 child-friendly installations. There’s also Clusia Cove, a shallow water play area modelled after coastal shores, great for a refreshing dip with your little ones.
