- 6 months limited warranty on product defects, excluding wear and tear or accidental breakages.
- Defective products will be replaced or refunded.
- Proof of Purchase or NTUC receipt is required for refund.
Accidental breakage from impact (Mechanical Breakage) is not covered by warranty. For these warranties to apply, the owner must follow the Use and Care instructions provided at the time of purchase. Receipt and product are required for replacement at Axxel Marketing Pte Ltd.
- Every nett purchase of $30, inclusive of fuel purchase but excluding statutory items (infant milk formula stage 1 & 2, 4D, Toto, Singapore Sweep, vouchers, and cigarettes, EZ-Link, FlashPay, CashCard, top-up services, gift cards, phone cards, parking coupons, courier services and purchases via delivery platforms like, Grab and Link Member Deals), in one receipt entitles the customer to one (1) exclusive Bring Home The Pokémon Adventure Collection Bonus Point.
