The Arcos Manhatta range is the latest in the forged knife series which represent knives made of the highest quality, used by both professional and domestic users alike. Forged from a single piece of NITRIUM Stainless Steel, with a half-ferrule that facilitates cutting and sharpening, the Manhattan range is highly comfortable to use with its ergonomic lines. New to the Manhattan series is the special silk blade edge, created by combining traditional and cutting edge technology to produce a unique and accurate cut. NITRIUM Stainless Steel is an exclusive material used for the blade and provides additional hardness, greater cutting power and improved cutting edge durability, compared to conventional Stainless Steel. The handle is made of Polyoxymethylene with Stainless Steel rivets, is highly resistant to impact, abrasion, and solvents, and able to withstand high and low temperatures between -40�C to 150�C degrees celcius. Product is manufactured in Spain.
