Key Information
This Brown Rice Vinegar is naturally fermented and brewed from high quality brown rice which have been placed statically in large pottery urns and matured for more than one year.
Using brown rice which is harvested their own farm without the use of pesticides, chemical fertilizers or herbicides, this vinegar does not contain glacial acetic acid and has no other vinegars added into it. It can be diluted with 10 times of water for drinking, use it as base vinegar for making infused vinegars or even for cooking.
As this product is made from natural ingredients, sediments tend to occur and the vinegars color will darken naturally.

Preparation
To use it as a beverage, simply dilute it with 8-10 times of water. It can also be used as a dip for foods or as a base vinegar for making infused vinegars.
