Preparation

  • • Pan Fry:
  • 1. Add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil into the frying pan
  • 2. Pan fry the Dumplings on medium heat for 2 - 3 minutes
  • 3. Add 3 tablespoons of water into the pan
  • 4. Cover the pan and let it simmer for 3 minutes
  • • Deep Fry:
  • 1. Pour enough Oil into a large sauce pan or deep fryer
  • 2. Deep fry the dumplings for 2 minutes
  • • Steam:
  • 1. Pour some water into the water container
  • 2. When the water starts to boil, place dumplings on the steaming plate inside the container
  • 3. Steam cook for 8 - 10 minutes
  • • Boil:
  • 1. Add dumplings to boiling water
  • 2. Boil for 5 - 6 minutes until dumplings rise to surface of the water

Storage

  • • Keep frozen at -18°C or below
  • • Do not refreeze after defrosting
