  • PREPARATION

    Pan Fry:
    1. Add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil into the frying pan
    2. Pan fry the Dumplings on medium heat for 2 - 3 minutes
    3. Add 3 tablespoons of water into the pan
    4. Cover the pan and let it simmer for 3 minutes
    Deep Fry:
    1. Pour enough Oil into a large sauce pan or deep fryer
    2. Deep fry the dumplings for 2 minutes
    Steam:
    1. Pour some water into the water container
    2. When the water starts to boil, place dumplings on the steaming plate inside the container
    3. Steam cook for 8 - 10 minutes
    Boil:
    1. Add dumplings to boiling water
    2. Boil for 5 - 6 minutes until dumplings rise to surface of the water

  • STORAGE

    • Keep frozen at -18°C or below
    • Do not refreeze after defrosting
