This sauce has no added MSG and is a great blend of Soy Sauce. Its obvious use is in stir frys and noodle dishes but you can also use it for plenty other dishes including as a basting sauce for ribs or beef roast. You could mix the soy sauce with honey and miso paste to make a glaze for salmon fillets. It also adds a great depth of flavour to soups, stews and casseroles by using it instead of salt.
