PREPARATION
- 1. Place the sticky side of the disc directly over the center of the callus as shown in Step 1. Remove the backing film marked Step 1 and place the center (adhesive side down) over the disc with the narrower side pointing toward your toes.
- 2. Remove the backing film marked Step 2, remove the blue tab and firmly smooth down the adhesive edge to the skin.
