PREPARATION

STEP 1 Bathe feet & dry thoroughly. STEP 2 Cut Molefoam Padding to desired size & shape with scissors. STEP 3 Remove backing & apply to affected area. Do not place directly over blister or broken skin. STEP 3 For blisters or broken skin that need Molefoam protection cut a piece to fit surrounding area.
