The oyster blade is a very marbled muscle found in the shoulder or blade section of the cattle. Trimming the oyster blade can get very tedious hence it is best to leave it to our butchers. Portion cut into a steak weighing approximately 250 grams. Australian young prime beef has a natural advantage. The cattle graze on open pastures and most are exclusively grass-fed. 1. All chilled items purchased can be kept in a chiller for up to four days from the delivery date. Keep refrigerated Fresh 2 to 5 C.
2. Directly storing the items in your freezer upon delivery can lengthen the life span of the item, and can be thawed and consumed any time between 3 months.
