Frozen Spanish Iberico Pork Loin shabu shabu is quite lean when compared to the pork collar and belly. Tender, however, the most nutritious. Sliced thinly (1. 5 mm) for the perfect quick and easy dip into a steamboat. Spanish Iberian pigs are referred to as olives on legs. The acorns that are part of their diet, provide a nuttiness that makes it stand out from breeds of pig. These shabu shabu meats are frozen as soon as they are processed (cut) in order to maintain the shape, colour, weight, texture and nutritional value of the meat.
