• For one serving (230ml):
1. Pour approximately 195ml of cooled previously boiled water into a container (Do not directly use hot water)
2. Gradually add 6 scoops of Ensure Life using the scoop that is included in the can
3. Stir or shake thoroughly to dissolve the powder
