KEY INFORMATION

• There are countless brands that offer creative twists on the traditional gin formula: Hendricks, with cucumber and rose; Aviation, with lavender and sarsaparilla; The Botanist, with mint and chamomile. While all of these newer brands provide exciting variations on the typical gin flavor profile, their ability to deliver effectively in a wide range of cocktails is limited. Fords is the melding of both worlds, in that our high juniper content firmly establishes our credentials as a classic London dry, but has a unique blend of florals, spices and citrus underneath it to give it a more current twist.
• Aroma: Juniper, coriander & angelica up front with developing layers of citrus, jasmine & hints of vanilla in the background. Bright & expressive on the nose.
• Flavour: Fresh, round citrus profiles on the opening with a light sweetness and blossoming bouquet of orris, cassia & grapefruit.
• Texture: Medium body, viscous & silky on the palate. Long, lingering mouthfeel.

• Citrusy, Refreshing
• 2 parts Fords Gin, 0.75 parts Lemon Juice, 0.75 parts Simple Syrup, 1.5 parts Soda
• Place all ingredients (except soda) into a shaker tin with ice. Shake. Pour into a collin glass and top with club soda. Garnish with Cherry/Lemon wheel.
