1. Wash the abacus seeds using clean water 2. Boil some hot water and cook the abacus seeds. Then drain and set them aside. 3. In another pot, heat up some oil, pour in the ingredients to stir fry for a few minutes. Then, add in the sauce. 4. Add in the abacus seeds and stir fry for a few minutes 5. Lastly, sprinkle some fried shallot on top. Serve and enjoy!
