Preparation

1. Pour 200g Gimson Nyonya Gerang Asam into wok, heat up over low fire. 2. Put in 100g of pineapple (cubes) and 5 lady fingers (slices), stir fry over high fire for 5 minutes. Add 400ml of water and bring to boil over medium fire. 3. Add in 600g of fish or seafood, closed the lid and simmer over medium fire for 10-15 minutes. Serve hot with rice.
