1. Prepare 500g chicken pieces, 10g dried shitake mushroom (soaked) & 200g potato (wedges). Fry all ingredients with some cooking oil for 2-3 minutes in a wok over low heat. 2. Add in 1 packet of Gimson Nyonya Ponteh & 400ml of water. 3. Simmer over low fire until chicken is tender. Serve hot with rice.
