KEY INFORMATION
- Brilliant garnet-red color with hints of orange on the rim. The bouquet is ethereal and intense, with a typical dried rose scent. To the taste it is pleasantly austere, with elegant tannins and a long sweet cherry finish. Upon their arrival to the cellar, Nebbiolo grapes undergo quality control, the stems are separated from the berries and the latter start the fermentation between 24 and 26 C.
