KEY INFORMATION
This Shiraz shows hints of fragrant red berries with rich blood plum and spice on the nose. It has a nicely structured palate of ripe mulberry accompanied by fine vanilla and mocha notes.
Bright ruby red with purple hues. Fragrant red berries and soft ripe raspberry notes with hints of spice. A smooth and medium bodied palate of ripe red fruits with accompanying spices, combining with fine tannins and good fruit length.

PREPARATION
Parcels of premium Shiraz fruit was fermented in a combination of static and rotary fermenters and underwent daily pumping over the skins. The rotaryfermenters allowed management of tannins and flavour for a smoother style of wine. Following primary fermentation, the wine was pressed off into tank & selected barrels for Malo-lactic fermentation and maturation.
