PREPARATION

Parcels of premium Shiraz fruit was fermented in a combination of static and rotary fermenters and underwent daily pumping over the skins. The rotaryfermenters allowed management of tannins and flavour for a smoother style of wine. Following primary fermentation, the wine was pressed off into tank & selected barrels for Malo-lactic fermentation and maturation.

Bright ruby red with purple hues. Fragrant red berries and soft ripe raspberry notes with hints of spice. A smooth and medium bodied palate of ripe red fruits with accompanying spices, combining with fine tannins and good fruit length.
