- Deep red, spicy cherry and plum with some herbal notes. Medium weight with blackberry, some spice and a hint of oak. Soft and smooth with elegant tannins and aromas of fragrant red berries.

PREPARATION
The Cabernet fruit was fermented in separate parcels in a combination of static fermenters and underwent daily pumping over the skins. Following primary fermentation, the wine was pressed off into tank & barrels for Malo- lactic fermentation and maturation.
