STORAGE INFORMATION

This product is meant only for jet lag and is not recommended for prolonged consumption. Keep out of reach of children. Store below 30C in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate after opening for maximum potency. Consult a physician prior to use if you have a hormonal disorder, diabetes, liver or kidney disease, cerebral palsy, seizure disorders, migraine, depression, and/or hypertension or if you are taking blood pressure or sedative/hypnotic medicines. Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking the melatonin. If symptoms persist, continuously for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia), consult a physician.
