PREPARATION
- 1. Mix curry paste together with 1kg of chicken or meat, 400ml of water and 200g of potatoes in a pot and cook till it's aromatic and tender
- 2. Add in 200ml of thick coconut milk and bring it to boil
- 3. Use low heat cook till chicken or meat is tender
