Preparation
Serve at room temperature to allow the cheeses full flavour, aroma and texture to bloom. Remove the cheese from the fridge, place on the platter or board, then cover with a clean damp cloth an hour before serving. After its been opened, re-wrap in cling film or aluminium foil and then place in an airtight container to prevent cross-contamination and drying out.

Store in chiller between 5 to 8C
