PREPARATION

• Heating Instructions:
• 1. Chicken: Preheat oven to 100C for 5 mins. Place the chicken in the oven and roast for 25 mins. For a crispier skin, set the temperature to 180C and roast for 8 mins. Any longer may dry out the chicken.
• 2. Pork Knuckle: Preheat oven to 165C. Place the pork knuckle in the oven covered with aluminium foil. Heat for 10 mins. Ready to serve.
• 3. Ham: - Boiling: Place about 1 liter of water into the boiling pot and heat till it boiling. Change to low heat and place in the ham for about 10 mins, remove once the ham is warmed thoroughly. Ready to serve. - Pan Grilling: Place 1 tablespoon of oil or butter into the pan at low heat. Place the ham into the pan and grill for about 2-3 mins and remove once both side of the ham is cooked. Ready to serve
