  • PREPARATION

    1. No rinsing needed
    2. Measure 250ml of water for every cup of 150g of rice
    3. Soak rice for 30 minutes, optional for best flavour
    4. Heat until water boils
    5. Cover and keep high heat for 8 minutes
    6. Switch to low heat and simmer for 12 minutes
    7. Turn heat to high for 30 seconds and remove pot from heat
    8. Keep lid on, letting rice sit for 20 minutes before serving
