One of Hakkas favourite traditional cuisines is their glutinous rice wine. The wine is mellow, sweet and rich in flavour. It has been trusted by many Hakka people throughout the generations. Ideal for soup -based cuisine especially confinement dishes and seafood like lala or steam crab, meat ie chicken, duck and pork either braised, stewed or fried.
