Add 1 packet of MUSC Instant Curry Fish Head Paste 100g to 200ml of water and bring it to boil. Add in 1 stick of soya bean stick (soften and cut it into smaller pieces). Add a pinch of salt to taste. Add in 400g of fish head and cook for 15 min. Add in 50ml of coconut milk. Add in 3 pieces of lady-fingers (cut into small pieces) and cook for another 3 min. Serve hot with rice.
Store in a cool,dry place.
