Noce d Oro is an identification mark of a type of product that the Il Noceto cooperative protects, guaranteeing extraordinary quality, thanks to the control of all production processes: from cultivation to the subsequent phases of harvesting, removal of the husk, drying, selection and packaging. Noce d Oro is the first great certified and natural Italian walnut. Its aspect is characterized by a closed and lignified shell. GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS: Dried nuts humidity max 12 percentage for the whole walnut and 8% for the kernel. DECLARATION OF ABSENCE OF GENETICALLY MODIFIED ORGANISMS: Nuts of the Lara variety, free from genetically modified organisms. QUALITY REQUIREMENTS: As required by the UNECE DDP-01/2014 standard. Lara variety walnut - Juglans regia species - globose shape, single fruit weight 7 to 15 g. Storage Temperature : 2 to 5 degree.
