Self-feeding is a big part of this stage so enjoy giving your baby some control with a baby spoon for our pouch foods and an introduction to finger foods.

• -STOVE TOP: Empty contents into saucepan. Stir over gentle heat until warm.
• -MICROWAVE: Place opened pouch in microwave and heat for 40-60 seconds. Remember to always check temperature before serving to your baby.
