Blood Cleanser & Diuretic: Organic Burdock may help increase urine flow, support recovery from bladder infections, reduce fever and bacteria overload. May assist with colds, gastrointestinal complaints and skin conditions such as acne and psoriasis.
Vegan, Gluten Free, Kosher and Paleo friendly.
How to Use:
Use 1/2 to 1 heaped teaspoon per cup.
Add herb and water to pot, bring water gently to a boil and steep for 10 minutes.
Strain, add a little honey if desired.
(This tea is described as bitter but sweet. Dilute with more hot water if too strong. Half dose for children over 12. 1-3 cups maximum daily.)
