This mixture of field mushrooms, black olives, and black summer truffle partners well with a plethora of dishes. You can use it for your starters (e.g. spread on crostini, bruschetta or use as a filling), for your pasta, rice or meat dishes as well as in an omelette. To fully exploit its qualities, it is recommended to serve 15-20g of sauce per person. If serving simply over a dish, heat it in some extra-virgin olive oil and season with salt to taste.
