The thinnest of the Egg Pasta range, Vermicelli is best with delicate sauces. You can also crush the nests before adding, and use in pasta soups or broths.

Add pasta and 1 tbsp. of salt to 5 litres of boiling water, cook for 6 minutes or to taste.
Store in cool, dry place.
