PREPARATION
- • Directions:
- 1. Preheat oven to 180 °C
- 2. Pour 1/2 cup of the meat sauce into a lightly greased baking dish
- 3. Alternate the layers of lasagna, meat and cheese sauces, ending with cheese sauce layer (allow for 4 layers)
- 4. Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese
- 5. Bake in oven for 35 - 40 minutes or until cooked through (test if cooked by pricking with a fork)
- 6. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving
- • Important:
- 1. For perfect lasagna, make sure that the lasagna sheets are completely covered with sauce
- 2. Important to keep the pasta sheets moist
