SingLong Black Rice Vinegar Braised Pork Leg Cooking Method<br/>Ingredients: <br/>1. 1Kg of Pig's Fore Leg<br/>2. 5 Eggs<br/>3.1 bottle of 750 ml singlong black rice vinegar<br/>4. 600 Ginger<br/>5. 2 Bottles of 750ml water<br/>6. 100g Brown sugar<br/>7. 6 Tablespoon of sesame oil<br/>8. 1 Teaspoon of salt.<br/>Direction:<br/>1. Clean pig's leg and chop into a suitable size. Boil till cook and wash away oil with water. Drip dry and set aside.<br/>2. Remove skin from ginger. Pound to loosen and fry with sesame oil till fragrant. Set aside.<br/>3. Boil eggs for 15 minutes. Cool off in cold water and remove shell.<br/>4. Pour SING LONG BLACK RICE VINEGAR, water, brown sugar and ginger into a claypot and slow cook with medium flame for 1 hour. Add in the pig's leg abd eggs. Cook for about 45 minutes or till tender and it is ready to serve.
