  • PREPARATION

    1. Put barley and boiled white nuts into boiling water
    2. Cook for 30 minutes over medium heat
    3. Add in softened beancurd and continue to cook until it breaks into pieces
    4. Add rock sugar and cook until completely dissolves
    5. Remove from heat and serve hot
    Important:
    Rinse with water before use
