- These mangoes have an elongated and slender shape, with one end more rounded and the other end more tapered to a point. They have a yellowish green skin that slowly turns into deep golden yellow colour when they start to ripen. When ripe, they have a super sweet, rich, honey flavour and a very aromatic smell.

PREPARATION
- 1. Position your knife just to the side of the stem and slice straight down from top to bottom
- 2. Your knife will slice past the seed
- 3. Slice gently a criss cross pattern on the flesh but becareful not to cut through the skin of the fruit
- 4. Gently push the skin upwards so that the cube shaped flesh will potrude out
- 5. Slide your knife under each cube to slide them off the skin
