English breakfast produces the epitome of a traditional 'British' cup of tea. This brisk and stimulating tea is particularly suited to breakfast time, and can be served with or without milk.

1. Place tea bag in cup/mug. 2. Pour 200ml of freshly boiled water (100C) into cup/mug and dip tea bag repeatedly for 1 minute. 3. Steep tea bag for 4 more minutes. 4. Remove tea bag and serve. 5. Optional: Add milk and honey/sugar as preferred.
