Spray about 6 inches away from underarm skin. Let dry (it takes just a few seconds). Can also be used on palms, the soles of the feet, and other sweaty areas. TIP: Applying before bedtime increases efficacy. For very sweaty skin, apply before bedtime and reapply in the morning. Do not use on broken or irritated skin.
