How to prepare:
Air Fryer / Convection Oven:
Defrost the product to room temperature
Preheat the Air Fryer / Convection Oven to 180C
Spray or brush some cooking oil on the product and allow to roast for 10 - 20 minutes
Pan Fry / Deep Fry:
Heat some cooking oil to about 180C
Fry the the product lightly at 180C for about 5 - 10 minutes until it turns golden brown
Storage
Keep frozen at -18C. Do not refreeze after thawing
