PREPARATION

Mix 1 tablespoon (15 ml*) Extra Virgin Golden Flax Seed Oil with oatmilk or soya milk, salad, dishes, rice, pasta, porridge, juice etc. Twice daily. (*1 teaspoon (5ml) for children)

STORAGE INFORMATION
