This jar is part of the Quattro Stagioni line, a symbol of home vacuum preservation for more than 40 years ago. Easy to fill and eash, the jars are ideal for storing jams, sauces, pickles, fruit in syrup and everything your imagination can invent. You can also make healthy and tasty recipes by cooking in a bain marie. The tradition of quality in home canning opens up new ideas and creates new and unique uses: from floral compositions and unique gifts, to trendy food and cocktail presentations.
For each new preparation, always use a new cap to ensure the correct success in the vacuum process. Do not use in the traditional oven and on electric / induction plates.
As with all Bormioli Rocco glassware, these Quattro Stagioni jars are dishwasher safe - however, the lids should be washed by hand.
Capacity of each jar is 300ml and dimensions measure 93,8mm in diameter and 96mm in height.
