It is recommended for use with beef or lobster, crabs, crayfish or any shell-fish or any seafood. As a fun twist on tradition, De Nigris offers the Fruttati line of condiments to add bold fruity flavour to your recipes. They are ideal for use in marinades, for glazing, or as a salad dressing.
