Preparation
- 1. Soak the rice vermicelli in warm water for about 5-10 minutes, drain well and set aside
- 2. Stir-fry some garlic with a little oil till aromatic
- 3. Add ingredients (chicken, prawn, fish slices) of your choice and continue to stir-fry for 2-3 minutes
- 4. Add in the drained red cargo vermicelli and sauces of your choice and continue to stir-fry for a few more minutes
- 5. Garnish with spring onions or omelette and serve hot
