Tokiwa's ""Nabe no Ponzu"" is a blend of three types of domestic citrus fruit juices, daidai, sudachi, and yuzu, which are blended together to create a soft delicious soy sour taste without sharpness.
An authentic pot dish ponzu soy sauce born in Hyo, the home of crab dust and crab suki. (Using grated radish is exceptional.) You can use it
not only for hot pot dishes, but also for other dishes such as cold tofu, meat dishes, grilled fish, salads, and aemono.
