  • Ma-Po Tofu:
  • 1. Stir-fry 120g (4oz) minced beef/pork for 1/2 min
  • 2. Place on dish
  • 3. Add 1 tbsp Minced garlic and 2 1/2 tbsp Chili Bean Sauce, 350g (12oz) diced beancurd, beef or pork and 3 tbsp water
  • 4. Cook through
