PREPARATION
Preparation Instructions Needs Cooking Ingredients 900 ml Whole Milk 75g Semolina 25g Caster Sugar Optional 25g Unsalted Butter Method 1. Place the milk and optional unsalted butter into a medium saucepan over a medium heat until it begins to steam, do not boil. 2. Reduce the heat to a low simmer and whisk in the semolina and sugar. 3. Continue to stir with a spoon for a further 10 mins or until the mixture has thickened to the desired consistency.4. Push through a sieve into a serving bowl for a smooth and creamy texture. 5. Serve immediately. This product is raw and must be cooked
