PREPARATION
- • Deep Fry - From Frozen
- 1. 4-5 min Pre-heat the oil to 175°C (350°F)
- 2. Shake halfway through
- 3. Drain on absorbent paper before serving
- Warning: Ensure fryer is never more than one third full and do not leave unattended.
- • Oven cook - From Frozen
- 1. 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas 7, 15-20 min
- 2. Pre-heat your oven as shown, remove all packaging
- 3. Place frozen potato lattices in a single layer on a baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven, turning halfway through cooking time
