PREPARATION
- Thaw in refrigerator before cooking. Season to taste.
- Grill - Preheat the grill. Place the fish on a greased rack. Grill for 3-5 minutes and flip carefully. Grill another 3-5 minutes or until the thickest part of the fish flakes easily.
- Bake - Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 176 degrees Celsius. Place uncovered fish on a greased oven-safe dish. Cook for approximately 20-25 minutes.
- Fry - Preheat cooking oil in a skillet on medium heat. Fry for approximately 2-3 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until golden brown and the thickest part of the fish flakes easily.
- Broil - Preheat the broiler. Place fillet on oven-safe dish and baste with vegetable oil. Place 3-4 inches away from the broiler. Broil for approximately 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and the thickest part of the fillet flakes easily.
- NOTE: Oven, grill, and pan temperatures may vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly.
