PREPARATION
- Cooking Method 1 (Boil)
- >Option 1: After defrost, place the vacuum bag into boiling water, boil for 10 minutes.
- >Option 2: Boil water in pot. Open foil packaging and take out the clear bag of frozen product. Do not open the clear bag. Place the entire bag of frozen product into the boiling water and boil for 20 minutes.
- Cooking Method 2 (Microwave) After defrost, pour out the food content and put on high heat for 2-4 minutes until hot.
STORAGE INFORMATION
- Keep frozen at or below -18C.
- Once defrosted, do not refreeze.
