Breast milk is the best for your baby. The World Health Organisation recommends exclusive breastfeeding for the first six months of life. Unnecessary introduction of bottle feeding or other food and drinks will have a negative impact on breastfeeding. PREPARATION

- Wash hands and utensils with clean water. Sterilize utensils in boiling water for 5 minutes. Boil clean water for 5 minutes and allow to cool just over 70c.
- Put the indicated amount of powdered formula into the bottle according to the feeding table.
- Pour 2/3 of the indicated total amount of hot water (over 70c) into the bottle.
- Attach the cap, then mix by gently shaking or swirling the bottle (wrap the bottle with a clean towel before picking it up).
- Add hot water up to the finished amount. Attach the cap and shake lightly.
- Cool the formula until it is at a suitable temperature. Before feeding, make sure the formula is at a suitable temperature as shown in the picture.
